BEING AWARE OF POOR POSTURE

I’ve been improving my posture even more as I meditate.  There’s something about keeping your body straight and allowing the energy to flow through you, allowing you to stand with pride and courage.  Whenever I’m unsure of myself, I simply focus on my posture, my breath and I’m amazed at the confidence I can conjure in a moment’s notice.  Give it a go next time you’re feeling any self-doubt!
