PRACTICAL WALL STRETCHES TO ADD INTO YOUR DAILY LIFE

We all have a wall in our home.  You may not think of it as a stretching tool – hahhaha! But every day you can use it to create more flexibility.  While a few of these stretches are easy to get into, really take your time with them and hold the posture for at least 5 minutes and let gravity do its job.
