Imagine for a moment having improved range of motion, circulation and decreased back pain.  Without stretching your hips and inner thighs, your body is forced to over compensate in other areas when you walk, kick, bend and swivel your spine.   Whereas, daily stretching will increase your flexibility.  Now, give these a go and let me know how you feel!
